I drew this for my Grandma when she was in the hospital (she is fine.) this is her dog Maggie, she is a golden retriever.

This reference I used was a cosplayer of the character Yuna. It was shot at an angle I 'm not used to drawing in, so I wanted to give it a try. Its not necessarily that good, but I like it because it is much better than what I thought it would look like. I shall try this angle more often.

Day 18. Ruby.

 

I drew my dog (her name is ruby)  today, as she was sitting on my bean bag chair [which she claimed for herself...]. I am not sure if this breaking my rule of what i will do everyday considering she is not a person, but I liked drawing this and I haven't drawn my dog since who knows when. I used charcoal, and it took me longer than it should, because my dog kept moving [she eventually stayed still, in the position i drew.].

Here is a picture of my dog since I don't really have a reference photo for today.

 ... No worries, we don't torture her by dressing her up everyday [just this once... I promise.].
